Aliss Ecommerce
Client: Aliss is one of the largest department stores in Panama, with stores in over 5 countries, a leader in the Americas and the Caribbean, and more than 60 years in the market.
Challenges: They faced significant challenges when they decided to implement their ecommerce due to the need to integrate multiple systems: ERP, ecommerce, PIM, and content management. Additionally, they required a system to manage data mediation for their multi-store (different brands), multi-currency, and multilingual business logic, as well as the translation between the ERP and the Frontend at the category level. For automation, they needed an orchestrator to synchronize their catalogs, sales management, and data exchanges between systems.
