Comparison
Weavee vs Workato. Automating is not integrating.
Workato is strong at what it promises: automating internal processes with recipes, approvals, alerts and tasks between teams. Moving orders, stock and invoicing between your store, your ERP and your CRM, every day and without breaking, is a different job.
The short version.
Workato solves business process automation, focused on the intersection of IT and operations. If what you are missing is chaining tasks and approvals across your teams’ tools, it is a solid platform and this comparison does not apply to your case. Weavee solves something else: the heavy integration of the data that holds the operation together, and its maintenance as the business changes.
Weavee and Workato, side by side.
| Criterion | Workato | Weavee |
|---|---|---|
| Focus | Business process automation with recipes, strong at the intersection of IT and operations. | Operations layer: integrating business data and maintaining it over time. |
| What it moves | More oriented to internal workflows than to heavy integration. | Orders, stock, prices, customers and invoicing across e-commerce, ERP and CRM. |
| Who it is for | IT and operations teams that want to automate tasks. | Retail, brands and mid-sized companies in Latin America. |
| Pricing model | Based on recipes, with premium pricing aimed at sophisticated automation. | Plans based on your processing volume and the level of support you need. |
| Reference annual spend | Premium. Starts around US$10,000 a year, some 8 or 9 times Boomi’s entry point. | Defined with you during the trial, on your real volume. |
| Who maintains the integration | You, on the platform. Each recipe is yours when something changes on the other side. | We do, with you. It is the service, not an add-on quoted separately. |
| Support and regional presence | No dedicated regional presence in Latin America. | Spanish, English and Portuguese, with teams spread across several countries in the Americas. |
| How you start | Annual subscription, with a consultative sale on the higher plans. | A 30-day trial and 5 hours of consulting to get your first flows running. |
And your case? A table cannot answer it in full.

How Weavee charges
Plans based on your processing volume and the level of support you need. We do not publish a price list either, for the same reason as the rest of the segment: the price depends on how many systems you connect and how much moves between them.
The difference is when you find out: the quote is built during the 30-day trial, on your real volume and with no commitment.
Public market estimates gathered in 2026 (Vendr, CheckThat and the vendor’s own site). They are indicative and subject to negotiation: check with the vendor before making a purchase decision. Data from workato.com and public market sources.
Where Weavee makes the difference.
Heavy integration, not chaining tasks
A recipe that fires an alert when an order comes in is automation. Reconciling stock across four systems with conversion rules, price lists per channel and traceability for every movement is integration. Weavee is built for the second.
Maintenance is the product
Building the automation is the part that takes a week. Keeping it alive takes years: the marketplace changes its API, the ERP moves up a version, someone adds a required field. At Weavee that part is not quoted separately.
In your language and your hours
Without a dedicated presence in the region, an incident in your operation escalates into someone else’s time zone. Weavee is a product of Onetree, with more than 150 people in the Americas and support in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
No premium floor
Workato’s entry point sits around US$10,000 a year, almost nine times Boomi’s, because it is designed for sophisticated automation. Weavee starts with a 30-day trial and a quote built on your real volume.
So far these are arguments. Test it with your own systems.
Start your free 30-day trialWhen Workato is the better choice.
- Your problem is internal processes: approvals, employee onboarding, alerts between teams, tasks someone does by hand today.
- You have a team that wants to build and maintain its own automations, and prefers a tool over a service.
- You already use Workato for internal operations and want one platform for everything, accepting that data integration is not its strength.
Workato and Weavee compete less than it looks: automating tasks and holding the business data flow together are two different jobs. If you need both, it is worth talking before stretching one tool into the problem it does not solve.

Frequently asked questions
Does Weavee replace Workato?
It depends on what you use it for. If you have it to move data between your e-commerce, your ERP and your CRM, yes: Weavee covers that and maintains it too. If you have it to automate internal processes across your teams’ tools, that is not the same problem and they are worth evaluating separately.
Which is more expensive?
Workato’s entry point is high: public 2026 estimates put it around US$10,000 a year, because its recipe-based pricing targets sophisticated automation. Weavee publishes no list, because the price depends on your processing volume and the support you need, but it is built with you during the 30-day trial.
Does Weavee also automate internal processes?
Business logic lives in the layer, so processes can be triggered and steps chained from the data being integrated. That is not the same as a platform dedicated to automating office tasks: if that is your main problem, we will tell you.
Which systems does Weavee connect to?
Through APIs, databases, webhooks or custom connections, in the cloud or on-premise. We already run WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, VTEX, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, ICG, Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho, and the layer is designed to add new systems without rebuilding what is there.
