Client: Aliss is one of the largest department stores in Panama, with stores in over 5 countries, a leader in the Americas and the Caribbean, and more than 60 years in the market.

Challenges: He faced significant challenges when he decided to implement his e-commerce due to his need to integrate multiple systems: ERP, ecommerce, PIM and content drive. Additionally, it needed a system that will promote data intermediation for its management logic of multiple stores (different brands), multi-currencies, and multiple languages, as well as the translation between the ERP and the Frontend at the category level. At the automation level, it needed an orchestrator that would synchronize its catalogs, sales management, and the exchange of data between systems.

Solution: Weavee centralized automations and interconnections between systems, providing greater monitoring and visibility over key operations and synchronizations. The adaptability of Weavee made it possible to meet the needs of Aliss, optimizing processes and achieving complex logic through continuous improvement of workflows. The implementation facilitated the translation and exchange of information between the ERP and the Adobe Commerce Frontend, highlighting the complexities of the multi-store, multi-country, multi-currency and multi-language ecommerce project.

Divino

Customer:Divino is one of the largest retailers in Uruguay for items for the Home and Garden furniture category, with more than 11 large stores in Uruguay, 80 years in the Uruguayan market and a team of 630 employees.

Challenges: He faced challenges when integrating his ERP, with Adobe Commerce, content drive, Promotions System and POS. Because it was a physical store at the core of its business, it decided to keep price and special pricing operations controlled from its general systems, making e-commerce a replicator. This meant that they needed price synchronization between the physical and online store, as well as the constant updating of attributes, prices and products.

Solution: Weavee implemented a process of synchronizing products from the ERP to Adobe Commerce using Batch operations. The workflow logic allowed us to take and replicate prices and promotions from the store's point of sale (POS and Promotions System), achieving omnichannel. A bidirectional, on-demand update system was developed for products, prices and attributes, highlighting Weavee's ability to promote digital omnichannel and replicate prices from the point of sale to the digital store.

Super Meats

Customer: Super Carnes is a supermarket chain established 35 years ago in the interior of the country of Panama, entering what is its capital. They have 10 branches within Panama and more than 1500 employees make up their team.

Challenges: His challenge was to incorporate e-commerce into his business logic that would allow him to sell quickly and competitively both for B2C and B2B customers and that would allow him to have his business logic digitized. To this end, the biggest challenge was to be able to incorporate into its sales frontend the possibility of selling products as unique SKUs as well as the sale of products that vary by weight in the supermarket sector. In addition, they presented complexities in managing batch products for attribute updates, prices and promotions.

Solution: Weavee automated product transformations with variants by weight, making it easier to accurately present the sales amount to the customer. He helped to consolidate variables and products to improve the presentation in his e-commerce to the customer. Weavee demonstrated the ability to handle different types of products, such as variables by weight or unit, automatically and efficiently. In addition, it established the basis for bringing the billing system for cash and promotions closer to the digital world, seeking to consolidate a more pronounced omnichannel approach in the medium term.
